Glowing Face Tips – Do’s and Don’ts for Naturally Healthy Skin

Follow our beauty secrets and tackle your skin care issues and follow our tricks to get beautiful skin naturally. We have rounded up expert tips on daily skin care, keeping blemishes at bay and enhancing your natural beauty. Simply pamper yourself by acing these basics.

Basic CTM Technique we all are aware about – “Cleanser – Toner – Moisturizer”. Human tendency to try every new face wash, sun screen that hits in the market with an approach to get Beautiful Skin overnight.

Here is the Glowing Face Tips – Do’s and Don’ts for Naturally Healthy Skin for your help

1. The Thumb Rule:

Do: Make sure you always remove your make up before going to bet as skin needs to breathe overnight and a layer of make up on skin clogs the pores causing blemishes and black heads. The best way to remove makeup is take some oil on cotton pad and gently massage the oil on to your face and get rid of Dirt and Make Up.

Don’t: Take Exfoliation casually. It is must to do it once or twice a week to remove the layers of dead skin. This will help to make your skin look Healthy, Glowing and Brighter.

  1. Sun and Skin Care

Do: Apply Sun screen with SPF of at least 15 which blocks both UVA and UVB rays as regular sun exposure leads to age spots, wrinkles and other skin problems. Make Sure the label reads ‘Noncomedogenic’ or ‘Nonacnegenic’ so that the product does not block the pores.

Don’t: Skip the sunscreen even if it is cold outside or cloudy. In case you are going to beach side still you should lather your skin up with sunscreen with SPF 30 at least.

  1. Diet

Do: Keep a check on what you choose to keep n your plate. Prefer green vegetables, fresh fruits, vitamins and proteins. For radiant skin, go for diet in rich in vitamin C, low in fat and sugar. Low Sugar diet, keeps keep insulin level low, allowing cells to maintain a healthy balance.

Don’t: Eat Oily, Fried, Spicy and Fermented Foods.

  1. Exercise Regularly

Do: Running, Jogging, Yoga and Swimming will give body the perfect blood circulation and speed up the cleansing process of the entire body. There will be a glow on your face after every work out. In case you are busy and cannot make it out today than at least do for a brisk walk.

Don’t: Follow Skin Care regime before and after Work Out. Before Heading Out, apply a Toner and Moisturize the Skin later.

  1. Beauty Sleep

Do: Prefer to maintain 8 hours sleep. When you are tired or sleep deprived, it is reflected on your face. Applying honey on face twice or thrice a week help to heal and soothe Skin Naturally.

Don’t: Don’t forget to wash and Moisturize your face before going to bed. Avoid using hot water on face as it dries out Skin Excessively.

Do: For Healthy skin, drink at least 8- 10 glasses of water. Eat fruits and vegetables rich in water content like cucumber, Orange, Watermelon, grapefruit etc. Water helps in removing toxins from the body and makes skin look healthy and glowing.
