You Should Know The Reason Behind Joint Pain and Its Prevention

Now a day everyone is suffering from joint pain. This joint pain may be minor or some time becomes a major problem for anyone. Joints are the major part of our body. It is the point where two bones meet. These help in the movement of our bones.

These start hurting at a time. The pain may be a sudden or slowly increasing pain. The sudden joint pain may be caused by injuries, infections and joint crystals etc. There is no age limit for joint pain. It may occur in old ages or can also found in youngsters.

Some of us are familiar with this pain but all are not aware of the basic reasons for joint pain. Here, we explain some basic reasons that may lead to joint pain.

1. Gout

Gout is a form of arthritis and can affect anyone. It can be the sudden pain, swelling, and redness in the joints. The gout attack can be sudden. It generally happens due to increase in uric acid in your body which results in inflammation, swelling, and pain.

How To Prevent Gout:-

Mainly gout pain is treated with medicines which help to reduce the uric acid produce by body. You have to eat a healthy, low-fat dairy and plant based protein diet. Drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and manage your body weight.

 

2.  Food Habits Results in Joint Pain

Many of food contain several vitamins and minerals which help you to overcome several pains and diseases. But some of the food may cause several pains. They contain several minerals that may lead to inflammation in your joint and results in joint pain.

How To Prevent Joint Pain: –

You have to take such food which acts as an anti-inflammatory and reduce your joint pain.

The foods which you have to avoid are fried meats, frozen meals, sugar, dairy products, alcohol, tobacco, salt, and preservatives etc. You have to make a proper diet plan with food which reduces your joint pain.

 

3.  The reaction of your medicine

Medicines are generally used to treat you for any diseases. But certain medicines such as antibiotics like penicillin may produce inflammations in your joints.

How To Prevent Joint Pain: –

If you are suffering from joint pain you have to consult your physician. The new medicine will work with in one or three weeks.

 

4. Injuries

Injuries which occur at knee, ankle, shoulder or elbow joint may cause serious joint pain. An injury may produce inflammation and infection in your joint which leads to arthritis. Serious injury may lead to cancer in joints.

You have to consult your doctor and do all required test procedures. Proper medicines should be taken to get relief from joint pain.

 

5.  Lyme Disease

Lyme disease is caused by bacteria. These bacteria are present in grassy and woody area. If the infection is untreated, it can spread all over the body within few weeks. Joint pain and headache are common in this disease.

How To Prevent Lyme Disease: –

Lymph disease should be treated earlier as it becomes a major disease. You have to consult your doctor even if the sign and symptoms get disappear. Generally, antibiotics are used to treat this disease.

It can be spread over on other part of your body. Apply insect repellant on your whole body while passing from woody and grassy area.

We have to take a healthy diet and to make habit of eating natural food. This can help us to avoid joint pain.
