Ordinary Skin care tips you should follow this summer

Smooth and glowing skin is one what every girl desires for. Every girl wants to wake up every morning with a clear glowing face. But looking towards the obnoxious heat outside and these unbearable summers, achieving this is a task in itself. And in order to achieve it, girls struggle a lot. They use various skin products but don’t get the desired results. If you find yourself among those girls, no need to worry anymore some ordinary skin care tips will definitely help you to shine this summer.

Here are some essential ordinary skin care tips you should follow in your daily routine.

MAGIC OF WATER:

The first and foremost thing you need to do every morning is just to simply wash your face with water. The magical properties of water will clean up your face by removing all the dirt oil and pollutants from your skin. And will keep your skin hydrated and free from your impurities.

 

  • FLING AWAY THE DEAD CELLS:

 

Exfoliating with a scrub pad facial  is another simple yet great ordinary skin care tip. It will not only help your skin to get rid off from dead skin cells also prevent your pores from getting clogged. For this, you can either use a scrub pad or a clean cloth.

 

  • TONE UP YOUR SKIN:

 

If oily skin is troubling you, applying a skin toner is best remedy for you. A few drops of Aloe Vera, Cucumber ,Rose(whatever that suits you best) in morning will give you a nourished skin for the whole day.

 

  • EYE CARE:

 

Eyes are the most sensitive organ of our body. To relax your eyes from this scornful summer heat, all you need to do is apply a quality eye cream on the under layer of your eye. Protect them from UV rays by wearing sunglasses. Before going to bed, place two slices of cool cucumber on your eyes and lay down for a while. This will heal your eyes and give you a feeling of relaxation.

 

  • SHIELD FROM RADIANT SUN:

 

Don’t step out from your house, without safeguarding your skin from the bright summer sun. For this all you require is an ample amount of sunscreen. This should be a mandatory step in your ordinary skin care tips. Avoiding this can harm your skin in various ways and causing certain skin problems such as burning sensation, rashes, itching and skin cancer too. All these issues arise due to harmful UV rays of the sun so all you need to have is an umbrella of sunscreen with you.

 

  • DAILY WORKOUT:

 

Yes, you read it right. Another important ordinary skin care tip is daily workout. Give up all your false beliefs that exercise and skin care is not at all related. Because skin therapists always recommend exercising daily especially in the morning. Doing so will definitely help you to fulfill your dream of having the perfect skin. 1)Watermelon– loaded with vitamin C, excellent antioxidant properties.

2)Berries– The delicious strawberries, blueberries, raspberries will nourish your  skin against the effects of the sun.

3)Pineapple– A hub of Bromelain, an enzyme which keeps your skin soft and stops inflammation.

4)Citrus Fruits– All the citrus fruits be it oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits will lend you their vitamin C and amino acids for making you look young forever.

5)Cucumbers-Cucumbers are mainly water so consuming it will keep your skin completely hydrated.

6)Tomatoes- They enrich your skin with lycopene and fights for all your lines and wrinkles.

 

  • GREEN TEA FORMULA:

 

Starting your mornings with a hot cup of green tea is highly beneficial and also an ordinary skin care tip. It’s antioxidants properties will lead to the removal of all the toxins and impurities from the body and ultimately inciting clean skin. Adding lemon to it shows better results, lemon works like a catalyst and enhances the rate of elimination of toxins from your body.
