These days Back pain is a common issue among people. This becomes reason for people to visit doctor or absent from work and suffering from disability in daily schedule.
Back pain can affect people of any age and it can be associated with our Bones, Muscles and Ligaments in our back. Sometimes, we are not able to find out the reasons for back pain. The pain may be minor or major and it is not possible always to have a major cause.
The way of your lifestyle may results in Back Pain e.g. sleeping on bed, lifting heavy weight, lesser activity, accidents, wrong sitting posture and some chronic diseases. Along with all these reasons, there is one more reason which can cause back pain i.e. your home.

Things that can cause Back Pain at your Home :
1. The wrong position of Toilet seat and tissue paper holder :
It is totally true that the wrong place of toilet seat and toilet paper can result in Back Pain. Due to wrong symmetry of toilet seat and your toilet paper or bidet, you have to bend forward or opposite direction of your back and spine. Regular use of this wrong posture sometimes may result in severe back pain.
2. Slippery Floor :
Now a day, slippery floor or smooth floor becomes common reason for back pain. To walk on this floor, you have to adjust your toe to make proper grip which affect your lower spine and bone health.
3. Using a wrong pillows :
A pillow has great impact on our sleep and help to take a proper rest. If a wrong pillow is taken, results in headaches, neck and back pain, shoulder and arm pain, discomfort, and sneezing. The most common mistake is to choose a very too soft pillow. This soft pillow is not good for spinal health but too hard pillow also not good for health.
It is necessary to choose a right pillow to fulfill your sleep needs and to have a good sleep. A right pillow provides you to keep your head in a neutral alignment.
4. A fluffy and soft sofa :
A luxury sofa and soft sofa are becoming a problem for back pain. If you are Sitting in a Bad Posture for Long Hours, it can leads to back pain and this pain keeps on increasing.
You have to sit on a sofa with good posture and back support. A sofa made up of all feature according to your body. But if it is soft, become main reason for bad posture and result in back pain.
5. Laptop using habits :
Laptop is become our daily life requirement. The using of laptop is not wrong but using in a Wrong Posture start hurting your body. It starts affecting mainly your neck and back.
Many of use laptop at a proper desk but some wants a relax place like couch, bed or sofa. Continue using this position result in neck pain and back pain.
6. A wrong mattress :
Back pain can be caused by different reasons; it is not clear that which reason is mainly causing back pain. The mattress is also one of the reasons for it. The too soft or too hard mattress is the main cause of sudden pain.
7. Reading on bed :
Reading on bed is not wrong but it may cause back and Neck Pain due to your Position of Lying while Reading. The different reading position on bed may result in pain in your back and neck.
You have to choose a proper place in your home where you can read books without putting any stress on your back. On bed, it is difficult to choose a right posture which is not hurting your back.
8. Cleaning and Washing Cloth :
During cleaning and washing the clothes, you have to take different position and bend your body to complete your work and also have to do lifting. These all works can put lots of stress and strain on your back.
Mostly never think about it but they result in serious back pain and also decrease your quality of life. If you are suffering with these problems, you have to take help of other.
9. Shaving and Brushing Teeth :
Your lower back can hurt by standing over sink while Brushing your Teeth or Shaving. Some people bent over the sink while brushing their teeth. If they maintain this position for more time it may result in many problems.
Shaving can also leads to the back pain due to continue standing in a constant position or bending your back forward. This produces more pressure on your lower back and result in back pain.
10.Sleeping Positions :
Poor sleep position can cause Lower Back Pain. People who sleep on their stomach are mostly suffering with back pain as compare to bad position of sleeping. If you are suffering with this problem then alter your sleep position.
You can also sleep on your back to overcome this problem and if you want to sleep on your stomach then put a pillow under the lower abdominal.
